This module aims at assisting students in acquiring and developing the required skills to be able to take rational decision with regards to organisational behaviour. This module covers the explanations about the human behavior in the organizational context. It details the impact of individual, group and organizational factors on human behaviour.
The module also focuses on understanding the behaviour of the employees working in the organization. It highlights the significance of challenges and opportunities of OB, perception, attribution, learning, organizational change, organizational culture, motivation, leadership, and conflict management.

Identify which organisation you are basing your assignment on and explain a transformational change scenario it is facing. (15 Marks)
Critically evaluate how the Change would affect the following for the organisation and employees: (50 marks) (a) Organisational Culture (b) employees productivity (c) Technological advances & AI revolution
Present practical recommendations to enable organisational effectiveness and employee engagement in a mutual benefit manner. (35 marks)
Criteria: Marks will be given for application of theories and concepts in a grounded and practical manner, as well as sound recommendations put forward to the organisation enabling both effectiveness and people engagement.
In total the written project will account for 100% of the course assessment.
