Research Narrative (at least 6 full pages, plus a Works Cited page. 200 points)

Tell the story of your research project, describing what you found out, in a formal, fully documented essay in MLA style. In your essay, describe what you discovered and how your thinking on your topic and question/issue/problem evolved. Highlight the findings and activities that were crucial to your hunt and contributed to your understanding of the topic. Organize your essay into the following sections:

What I Knew, Assumed, or Imagined. Describe your prior knowledge and understanding of the topic and question/issue/problem before you began the project. Yes, you may adapt this section from your Research Proposal.

What I Discovered. Describe and analyze the information and ideas you gathered. What did you discover from this process and how does it influence your thinking on the topic? Highlight key findings and activities, the ones that really impacted your perspective. Feel free to include missteps and mistakes you may have made along the way. 4+ sources.

Reflection & Informed Opinion . Reflect on what you found and draw some conclusions. How has your thinking evolved through this research process? Discuss what you still hope to learn about this topic/question/issue/problem and reflect on how you might further share or act on what you have learned. Make a claim about the topic. Formulate an informed opinion that is supported by your research described in section 2. Make an argument for a perspective and/or type of action you want your reader to adopt or do.
