This has been a crazy year, the pandemic, snowpocalypse, school, work, and life, in general, have had a substantial impact on our mental health. This week will be dedicated to mental health and self-care. Your responsibility for this week is to focus on YOU by doing something that makes you happy. Take time out of your day to self-care and take a mental health day to reflect. For quiz #7 upload a word document with your picture and explain what you are doing and how it helps you with your mental health/self-care. You will receive full credit for the explanation and upload.
