Purpose
You have been appointed as the lead safety consultant for Company ABC following a recent safety incident that has raised significant concerns among leadership and employees. As a trusted industry professional, leader, and advisor, your role extends beyond compliance. You are expected to assess root causes, lead organizational learning, and drive a culture shift toward proactive safety practices, and create a presentation for executive leadership at Company ABC. Your task is to create a professional PowerPoint presentation to address these safety concerns and implement strategies that promote a safer workplace.

Discuss relevant regulations and standards related to the safety concerns. Explain the employer’s role in addressing safety. Describe the roles and responsibilities for employees and leadership. Lean Safety Measures Explain lean safety principles. Discuss how lean safety methods can help prevent future incidents. Recommend 2 lean strategies that would apply to your scenario. Action Plan and Training Provide specific steps to address and prevent the safety issue. Explain what safety checklists, procedures, and reporting methods apply. Explain Safety Practices Provide safety tips related to your issue. Explain how to create a culture of safety. Encourage reporting and feedback. Assignment Requirements
Use one basic slide design and layout. Text large enough to be read by your audience (font size 20- to 34-point). Limit slides to between 6 and 8 lines of content. You may supplement your material with pictures, charts, and graphs as long as they do not take up the entire slide. Use bullets for your main points. Use speaker notes and recorded voiceover audio to fully explain what is being discussed in the bullet points as though you are presenting to an audience, being sure to follow the Standard English (correct grammar, punctuation, etc.). Viewpoint and purpose should be clearly established and sustained. Presentation should be well-ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful. Your work should display superior content, organization, style, and mechanics. Appropriate citation style should be followed. You should also make sure to: Use examples to support your discussion.
