Innovation through Change
It is true that people change, and it is also true that organizations change. There are factors and forces that drive changes. If organizations are going to change, the change may as well be a purposeful, directed change. Organizations today must drive the change they need or be driven out of business by undesirable forces. Both small and large organizations want to adjust quickly to changes in the marketplace, changes in customer preferences, and changes in their internal and external environments and innovate to survive.
Survival in a highly competitive, global marketplace requires that organizations learn to innovate continuously.
