Depending on the type of change desired, effective change leadership is essential for moving the organization toward desired outcomes. Assessment Instructions Interview Synopsis Note: The requirements outlined below correspond to the grading criteria in the scoring guide. Be sure that your interview synopsis addresses each point, at a minimum. You may also want to read the Interview With a Health Care Leader Scoring Guide to better understand how each criterion will be assessed. Be sure to note the requirements in the Distinguished column.
