Create an entity-relationship (ER) diagram to represent a database that will help you manage the data. Your ER diagram should have the following characteristics:
- At least 5 entities o All entities with a primary key
- At least 3 relationships with foreign keys
- Appropriate data types for all fields and at least 3 different data types
Paste a copy of your ER diagram into the same Word document along with a detailed explanation of the entities, relationships, and all design decisions. Create a database in Microsoft Access based on your ER diagram. Include the following:
- Appropriate representative data for all tables and at least 5 rows per table
- At least one form to get data into your database o At least one report to get data out of your database
- In the same Word document, paste screenshots of your filled database tables, form, and report. Attached are examples:
