Task:
1. Provide a brief account of the skills required by project personnel to complete this project. This information should come directly from the Human Resource Requirements section of the Project Plan.
2. Determine any gaps in the skills required by project personnel to successfully complete their allocated work. Explain the actions undertaken to fill these skill gaps. For example, you may have had to engage additional personnel, undertaken training or provide mentoring and coaching.
3. Explain how data and information (such as financial, quality data including specifications and test results, correspondence) was to be stored during the project and who has authority to access these records.
4. Identify what physical resources were required and how they were to be acquired. These may include materials from suppliers and equipment. Who had the financial delegations to authorise their purchase? Make sure this person(s) is/are the same person(s) who had the financial delegation as identified in the Project Plan.
4. Explain how often project status reports were written, who was responsible for writing them, who did they go to and how often they were to go out.
5. Explain what strategies were put in place to lift the performance of project team members and what recognition was given when performance goals were met..
6. Identify and log quality requirements that were associated with the compliance documents identified in the Project Initiation Document (Quality Control).
