LEGO aims to carry out the project so that a positive change can be brought within the organization. The objective is to adapt with the faster-paced digital world. The enterprise environmental factors that are associated with the project include external factors and the internal factors. External factors that impacted the projector is the financial climate. The internal factor that was identified to be impacting the project execution was the fact that project manager failed to manage the increasing number of employees within the organisation (Formby et al., 2019). It was observed that, it became very difficult to manage the team members as a whole and these impacted the scrum and Sprint processes. Further the risk evaluation and skill test also influenced the project execution process. Propose a tool, technique or framework intend to use for qualitative and/or quantitative impact analysis of EEFs Enterprise environmental factor analyses is considered to be very crucial for every project. It has been observed that with the help of different approaches it becomes easy to analyse the way project is going to create impact. Enterprise Environment factors are considered to play a role within a project as these helps in successfully planning for the project (Sanghera, 2019). The techniques that can be used for successfully performing the enterprise environmental factors include information database utilisation, personal authority and administration evaluation and using project management information system (KHAN, 2018). With the help of these tools and techniques it is expected that the operations can be carried out efficiently. The current project needs to implement project management information system as these will help in offering better way of analysing the content is associated with the project. It can be stated that with the help of project management information system, qualitative impact of analysis can be brought over the identified enterprise environmental factors. Justify why the selected tool/technique is appropriate Enterprise environment factors that can be easily managed and evaluated with the successful utilisation of project management information system. Currently it has been observed that the project is facing the challenges in managing the large number of team members present within the project. It can be stated that with the successful utilisation of the project management system it will become easy to engage the team members efficiently. This will also create a positive environment for the project members to work. The issues that are impacting the project at the current phase can be resolved successfully only with the proper utilisation of project management information system. These will help in handling the project requirements much more efficiently and will be capable of delivering the expected output within the estimated time period. Project management information system will also reduce the chances of delay that takes place at the time of project execution. Hence it can be stated that the use of project management information system for evaluating the enterprise environmental factor is the most suitable approach. References Formby, S. K., Medlin, B.
