Analysis should be specifically relevant to the case study. If there are issues that are ambiguous or contradictory, these can be mentioned, but remember to critically analyse rather than accept what is written at face value, as this should be seen as a legal document. Step 2: Conduct a 1500-word critical analysis of the chosen case study in terms of good and bad governance as demonstrated by Lorenzetti. Also take into account Dicey’s ’Rule of Law’.
