Their employees are of 3 types: Salaried employees, who are paid a fixedmonthly salary regardless of the number of hours worked, hourly employees who are paid by thehour and receive overtime pay (i.e., 1.5 times their hourly salary rate) for all hours worked inexcess of 40 hours and commission employees who are paid a base salary plus a commission of15% of their sales.
