Throughout the semester, FDU has sponsored a number of virtual events aimed at expanding your opportunity to encounter cross-cultural perspectives. I have forwarded information to you regarding these events.
For your third response paper, you must provide a brief commentary regarding your experience at one of these events which accomplishes the following:
1) Provides a brief summary (one paragraph) detailing what happened at the event and what its purpose was.
2) Explains what you learned as a result of attending / participating in the event.
3) Identifies any question(s) you now have as a result of participating in the event.
4) Explains why (or why not) you felt the event was valuable and worth attending.
There is no minimum or maximum length required for this paper.
Option B: If you are unable to attend one of the FDU sponsored events, you can write your paper as a reflection based on a movie, documentary or television show. If you choose this option, you must label your paper as an “Option B” submission.
