When establishing an EMS program, there are several points where presentations may be needed or
beneficial. This assignment requires you to build a presentation for the program you have been working on
throughout the course.
This assignment will be completed in two parts but submitted as one file.
Part I: You will create a PowerPoint presentation. Your presentation should focus on your program’s planning,
proposal, and evaluation, and you should include a summary of your program’s goals. Although you may not
have actually evaluated your program, include what you anticipate the evaluation process may reveal.
Your presentation must have a minimum of 12 slides, not counting the title and reference slides (title and
reference slides do not count toward meeting the minimum slide requirement).
Your presentation should include the components listed below; however you may need to adjust the number of
slides for sections as needed to accurately reflect your program.
Slide 1: Provide a title slide that includes your name, course number, the date, and your video link.
Slide 2: Include a brief introduction (no more than 2 paragraphs).
Slides 3 to 5: Detail the planning for your program.
Slides 6 to 8: Explain the proposal.
Slides 9 to 11: Provide an evaluation.
Slides 12 to 13: Include a summary.
Slide 14: Provide a references slide. Ensure that you list all supporting sources for your content/visual source
slides, which must follow correct APA style for citations and references.
Appropriate references should be used to support facts or statistics. You may include a chart or graph to
support this on a slide. Cite any direct quotes or paraphrases from outside sources, and include any sources
used on a references slide. Your presentation should have no more than two direct quotes or paraphrased
statements. You must follow APA style when developing your assignment.
