Particularly the BIPOC students have felt seen and heard for the first time with a Race and Ethnicity focus in the curriculum. Try and put yourself in their shoes or walk proudly in those shoes if they are yours. You should also demonstrate that you have developed various skills and use this plan to inspire moral, intellectual, and spiritual virtues in yourself and the world that will be ever more crowded.
