Briefing note: Application of the EPRG model to global staffing.
Critically discuss the application of the EPRG model to the various approaches to staffing that can be adopted by international organisations.
The structure of the briefing note should be:
1.An introduction to the EPRG model.
2.A discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the ethnocentric, polycentric, geocentric and regiocentric approaches to staffing.
3.A conclusion which sums up your view of the appropriateness of the specific approaches.
4.Bibliography (not included in the word count).
