During our discussion of the Marquee case study, we noted a number of the prevailing assumptions in the world of Clubs that the founders of Marquee challenged… in each case challenging the core assumption opened the door to developing new tactics to extend the life and success of the club… In a brief paper, 2-4 pages in length, please list 3 assumptions that you believe were challenged… articulate the assumption and the owner’s counter assumption… that is their guess as to a different way to do things… and then provide some examples of what they did … I’ll give you a first example;
