Week 3 Critique Assignment (Chapter 3)
The author has the opinion that we have too much management and “control” should not be part of the job description of a leader. Many companies are moving from a controlling” management philosophy to a new organic and evolving style of self-management called Holacracy. Delegation, trust, and freedom in the workplace are new recruiting and motivational tools.
