Pick one of your strengths and in one paragraph, relate it to one of the nine public safety organizational competencies from the learning object in Module 1. In other words, how does this strength support the competency chosen?
In one paragraph, explain how you plan to continue to develop the strength identified above. This plan should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely (SMART goals).
From your own perspective, list one of your weaknesses and describe, in very specific detail, your plan(s) for improvement in this area. This plan should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely (SMART goals). For example, if you have identified “writing skills” as a weakness, what specific action steps will you take to improve?
