Presentation in which you discuss the purpose and the requirement of the following pretrial motions in a criminal trial:

Motion to Dismiss
Exclusion of Physical Evidence
Exclusion of Witness Testimony
Motion to Change
Motion for the Release of Evidence
For each pretrial motion, discuss what it is, how it is utilized, and provide a specific example of how it can be applied in a criminal case.
