It allows teachers to create online classes, add assignments and resources for students to use both inside and outside of the class. Also, it provides lots of extra features which will eventually increase students learning ways. An LMS can help to grade assignments and deliver quick, high-quality feedback and allow teachers to communicate with students in several ways. Industry Scenario In 2020, the global learning management system market was valued at USD 10.48 billion. The pandemic’s worldwide impact has been unprecedented and astounding, with LMS experiencing a positive demand shock across all regions. According to research, the global market will rise by 23.8 percent in 2020, compared to the average year-on-year growth from 2017 to 2019. In the period 2021-2028, the market is expected to increase at a CAGR of 18.7%, from USD 13.38 billion in 2021 to USD 44.49 billion in 2028. Electronic learning, open online courses, mobile education, and online tutorials are among the smart and interactive learning platforms in demand (Learning Management System Market Size | LMS Industry Trends 2028, 2021). Moodle is currently used by 230 countries with 70 million users internationally. Moodle estimated revenue is $22.1M per year and revenue per employee is $165,000 with a numbers of134 employee which is in growing by 10% every year. Business problem and the project Outcomes The LMS is an important tool for the development and management of students’ learning and their motivation to learn. Besides, teaching through the LMS achieves effectiveness in the development of teaching practices and student learning development. The LMS will manage all teaching and learning processes of registration, scheduling, checking availability of content, tracking the performance of the students, and issuing reports about it, facilitating communication among teachers and students, through chats, discussion forums, E-mail as well as assessment tests and questionnaires. The Moodle is currently seeming to have an Issue with Helpdesk delivery. The problems are listed: Troubleshooting problem fixing has seems hard for to contact service center, it takes too long time on phone call.Going through FAQs is a bit complicated to find the actual problems article and even hard to fix it.Overall, Automation process of chatting system should build so that there won’t be frustration to solve the problem Judging the outcomes and success of an LMS implementation project depends upon setting out the goals, objectives, and measurable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the plan. We must prioritize some certain deliverables so that the organization achieve the success. Risk and issues to the project scope and control measures As like as any other online system, the LMS is susceptible to many threats. Natural causes like fire, floods or earthquakes, and intentional causes such as invasions and virus, can provoke system failure, loss of information or even data leakage that compromises our students’ information. In some cases, it is not possible to avoid the problem, but we can make it less likely to happen or to affect our system. To keep the information in a private server, in a safe location, where there are less chances that a natural disaster happen may prevent further problems. For intentional causes, keeping the hardware and software up-to-date and well-trained staff may help avoiding these problems. Swot Analysis Strengths Well-accepted by the industry.Provide a central and manageable system for both online and offline training.Workflow integration.Works excellent for course management, delivery and tracking of formal learning.   Weakness Not ready for web2.0 experience and still offers outdated way of course Access.Focused on formal Learning to push to learners, Course-centric workflows and approach is inherent.Over all Customer experience with LMS is not consistent   Opportunities Talent management possibilities.Social and informal learning trends can good support for learning experience.   Threads Social networking tools can be a threat to the development of the learning.Fragmented market.Slow to respond to changing the learner needs. Organizational Chart Organizational charts (also known as hierarchy charts) are diagrams that depict the structure of a company. Its goal is to show how the organization’s reporting connections and command chains work. Employee names, titles, and/or job roles are usually shown in boxes or circles with lines connecting them to other employees and departments. People may quickly comprehend how the organization is structured, the number of levels, and where each person fits into the organization by glancing at the corporate organizational chart. Work with developer and tester as well. Proposed system development life cycle Before starting to develop a system, we will collect all the information that is required to build a system. As this is a system which is mostly used and needs to have a correct information with the convenience to use, we will have to know what our concept is. Learning Management System to store the data of the students and teachers of different field in the colleges so that the information can be obtained at the time of requirement. For this, we need to plan in such a way that every information provided will be implemented. The plan prepared must be well known to all the team members so that they can work according to the schedule. After planning we will have the validation of the documentation so that we can rectify the errors and correct it so that we will not face any difficulties while developing a system. While validating we can also look after the concept or ideas of our other team members and correct them if needed. In the completion of this step, we can finally start with the development of the system as everything is ready to be prepared. So, as we develop the system, we will test it and validate the system which will be almost ready to be worked on. Context Diagram In this diagram it shows the relationship between user (learner) and user (tutor) how they interact with each other in the system. It gives the visualization information about the system. The context diagram is useful for the clients and as well as to the business analyst and to the data analyst. Prototype System                                     Fig: Descriptive prototype                                       Fig: Prototype on basis of analysis A prototype is an essential component in developing and maintaining software in a timely and efficient manner. Prototyping assist in the correction of design flaws and the evaluation of software concepts. It’s crucial when it comes to creating interactive design concepts. Prototyping is a real system that can aid in the elimination of large and minor design flaws before beginning the coding process. It improves in the reduction of costs normally connected with changes. Because it is much more expensive to make modifications after the code has been prepared and implemented, it only makes sense to employ prototyping, which allows for changes prior to coding and saves money. Business Use Case Diagram This represents the interaction between a teacher and the user and the system. It also acknowledges the general information about the system to produce the result of the values. The people in the system like teacher and users are called the business worker. System Case Diagram Conclusion Nowadays, most of the colleges has started using LMS system in Australia as this has benefited many students to learn smoothly as they will have access to everything that they are explained in their classroom. This system will be useful not only for short period but will be long run as the colleges and universities are increasing day by day and they need to have this system as it is one of the important systems for the colleges to implement it. LMS system in more advanced way not only but other colleges and universities will also demand in this time. For the LMS system, they do not need to have a separate room or a building to use it. This system is mostly used in schools, colleges, and universities as these are the place where we to provide information from one person to another i.e., the teacher updates everything through the LMS system to the student. In LMS we can find each detail that a student ire so that they do not have to use their precious time in getting information by being physically present. There seems a bit hard to communicate with service center for user. If helpdesk service center focuses on Automation chatting system to solve it would more friendly platform for to use such an amazing company like Moodle.
