So there are some changes that needs to be made because of the Heritage Overlay requirements like outbuildings and fences, council may consider that certain outbuilding and fences on heritage sites are significant and therefore require that these be subject to the notice and requirements of the notice according to the act. And due to the Tree control system the outside structure will also get some changes like the location of the garden and their planting scheme. Moreover external painting controls will also be applied in the schedule , it takes some changes but they are negotitable.
