We have created a rubric for A3 that consolidates the criteria for A3 necessary to fulfil the course learning outcomes (‘CLOs’), which I remind you are as follows:
1.Identify, interpret, and apply rules and issues relating to the law.
2.Identify, interpret, and apply basic legal concepts in negligence, contract law and the Australian Consumer Law.
3.Analyse legal problems with an appreciation of the multiple issues impacting on business and non-business legal issues.
4.Examine and apply legislation and case law relating to business.
5.Communicate information and concepts relating to business and non-business legal issues to professionals and non-professionals in diverse contexts.
This rubric captures the CLOs and provides the framework around which we will be providing feedback to you in relation to A3. It consolidates the learning and teaching principles under which we have delivered this course throughout semester. I encourage you all to review this rubric. It does not apply to individual questions you will see, rather it relates to the skillset as a whole that you should demonstrate in this final assessment.
