- Reflect on your decision process in selecting Selkirk College (Colleges are non-profit service retailers). Was your decision making process extensive, limited, or habitual. Describe how you came to make this decision and what factors you considered.
- How would you expect the buying decision process to differ when shopping on the Internet compared to shopping in a store. Choose 2 products as examples and provide as much detail as possible.
- Why is geodemographic segmentation used by retailers to locate stores. Give 2 examples of local Kootenay based stores, and why they probably located where they did.
