Your assignment must be handed in via TurnItIn by 2:30pm on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021. Any work submitted after the deadline will be awarded a mark of zero.
The overall word limit for the assignment is 2500 words. There is no 10% leeway on the maximum word count. You must declare your word count at the end of your essay.

Any quotations should be accompanied by a full reference with page numbers. In all Law modules, footnotes for referencing purposes will not count towards the word limit. b. Explain and evaluate the arguments contained in the article including; the arguments put forward by Wilde to support his viewpoint, the evidence to substantiate this arguments, and explaining why the evidence substantiates the argument Wilde proposes (approximately 1000 words). [40% of total mark].
c. Explain the possible arguments to oppose Wilde’s viewpoint, and the evidence to support those counter arguments. (approximately 1000 words) [40% of total mark].
