Medical Ward of a Restructured Hospital

Fatimah, a newly graduated staff nurse, is attached to a medical ward of a restructured hospital. Her assigned team members are:

 

• One senior staff nurse with ten years work experience

• One staff nurse with three years work experience. Two enrolled nurses with ten years and five months work experience respectively. 

Prepare a 36-minute group presentation on what are the issues and limitations in this scenario and explain, how does the issues and limitations impact the gra&r,Itt,aggn and the staff. Also explain in details how the issues can be resolved by using appropriate management strategies with supporting evidences/ literatures from a variety of reliable resources in your presentation.
