International Human Resource Management essay topic guideline

 

The essay must be 3,000 words (maximum) in length, including footnotes and tables, excluding bibliography o Essays must contain consistent academic referencing (e.g. Harvard referencing style) and provide a bibliography of source materials used

 

The essay should have a logical structure/flow, as follows: (1) an introduction setting out the aims/questions/hypotheses (2) main body of essay giving main arguments which may be divided into clear (sub)sections (3) Conclusion section which summarises key argument/findings; and refers back to the aims set in the introduction

The essay should not just be descriptive, but should contain evidence of your own analysis of the source material and evidence of your own opinion and thought on the topic

The lecture slides and tutorial readings can be starting ideas/sources for your essay, but you are expected to consult additional resources and display a good knowledge of the material available on the topic selected.
