Look at the Quality process and what you should be focusing on :
Initiation. The first step in project management is initiation, which corresponds to the first two phases of the nursing process-assessment of the problem and what needs to be done
Planning. When the outcome criteria are established, you’re ready to move to the next step-identifying what you wish to accomplish
Execution. The next step in project management is the execution phase, which corresponds to the goals, expectations– a good place of the timeline
Monitoring. The monitoring, or evaluation, step in both project management and the nursing–evaluation, feedback, needs o be provided, how will it be collected and utilized

If you do not have a clear cut topic yet, now is the time to look at the topics I provided to get an idea.
Be creative and do no rehash what we already do . Improve what is out there on your topic.Imagine I am giving you a recipe for a cake and I tell you the following:
I am going to show you how to make the best chocolate fudge cake and I send no ingredients nor step by step instructions on how to make and bake it. You would not understand what makes the cake so delicious or how to judge it.. The same with the project. it should be your step by step way to improve the current trend in whatever topic you have chosen and the final result is to evaluate to measure the success.
Final Project Content Requirements:
It should focus on one of these : Reduction, Increase, Decrease, Change. Promoting, Modifying , Improving etc.–in other words , you are improving some process, policy, procedure or health disparity . if this is not in your title then it is not an improvement project.
A description of the clinical issue to be addressed in the project.
A SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis for the project. Analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the quality improvement process.
An outline of the action plan for the project.
An assessment of clinical issue that is the focus of the quality improvement project.
Discuss stakeholders and decision makers who need to be involved in the quality improvement project.
Discuss resources including budget, personnel and time needed for the quality improvement project.
Discuss potential strategies for implementation and evaluation.

Remember, You are planning it and having a way to measure the outcomes but you are not actually carrying it out. It can be used to form a basis for future projects should you continue your education.
