Infants who repeated a food régime and exposed to a certain food may develop to like the taste of the food.
Materials and Procedure:
Conduct a longitudinal study with participants. Using a questionnaire, we would ask 100 pregnant women about their eating habits during their 3rd trimester during their pregnancy. After this data is collected, wait until the same participants child is of age 7 to learn about their eating habits. Gather the children’s data by questionnaire, then using a score chart examine the pickiness of children during this time. During both periods of time mother’s and child can fall between 4 different categories. High picky eater, Low picky eater, Low range of food, High range of foods.
