You should list the references you used to develop your paper.

Leadership Behaviors
Research a leader that you believe uses either directive leadership, supportive leadership, participative leadership, or achievement-oriented leadership. Describe the leader, and explain why you think the leader uses either directive leadership, supportive leadership, participative leadership, or achievement-oriented leadership by describing the leader’s history of behavior and decision-making.
How responsive is this leader in promoting organizational diversity? Give examples.
Has this leader created a team environment?
Reveal how you might lead the organization differently if you were in charge. What style of leadership would you adopt? Why?
Use course concepts and reputable external academic sources to write your paper answering the preceding questions. This paper will be 3-4 pages (does NOT include the cover or reference page) of substantive content written according to APA guidelines. Ensure all external sources are properly cited (to include the textbook) in the paper and on the reference page.
