Part1
Question 1: Informed by this week’s lecture materials (in particular, Flander’s videos and website as well as the HBR resources), create a mind map to shed light on various dimensions of “strategy implementation” and be sure to cite relevant resources. Your mind map should be designed in a way that anyone could look at it and, in a short time frame, develop a general understanding of elements that contribute to, relate to, determine/define, and/or positively or negatively influence strategy implementation. If you are unfamiliar with mind maps, a simple search on YouTube will return various helpful videos on this topic. You can create your mind map in different programs, such as PowerPoint, Paint, and MS word, take a screenshot, and share it as an image.
