Materials & Methods
The collection of specimens entailed eggs by mass, similar to the model used (Halarnkar P.P. et al., 1986). The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) recommends rearing the eggs until they reach the larval stage, typically in controlled conditions, and feeding the larvae with a specialized diet.
