Your response should explain what a performance management system is and how it is relevant to performance management. This was explained in one of the first videos you were assigned.
Examine at least 1 challenge that was identified in the example of John and Nina in the video titled, What Exactly is a Performance Management System. How can this type of challenge affect the organization?
In the video titled, What Exactly is a Performance Management System, the presenter discussed several challenges that can affect the organization. Identify 1 of those challenges and explain the results of that challenge. You many choose more than 1 challenge.
Discuss the 3 impacts of not giving employees proper feedback.
As you consider your response, be sure to explain each of the impacts in detail and provide examples to highlight your point.

Setting expectations is a critical part of the performance management process. Discuss the reason for this and ways in which the organization can accomplish this.

Throughout the video series, the presenter discusses whether the performance appraisal is the most important part of the performance management system. In the video titled, Create a Performance Appraisal Process, she really focuses on the appraisal process. Be sure to support your response based on your learnings in the video.

There are several best practices that are discussed. Choose 3 of these, and explain how they work.
10. Explain at least 3 techniques that can be used to analyze your performance management system.
In the video titled, Analyze the Results, different techniques were discussed to ensure performance optimization. Discuss these elements, and explain how the organization can work toward optimizing performance.
Conclusion
Wrap up your report with a summation of the thoughts covered in your responses above, explaining their relevance to the challenges that exist in performance management and possible solutions that can be implemented using a performance management system.
