Chief Complaint (CC): Patient complains of pain, burning and difficulty urinating. HPI: EA is a 17-year-old AA male who present to the office to with chief of having difficulty starting urination stream, a large amount of thick white discharge with an odor, and pain at times when urinating. EA reports it has been going on for more than a week. Patient reports when she as pain with urination it is a 5 out of 10 and aches and burns. EA reports when she tries to urinate it feels uncomfortable and it takes a few minutes to start urinating.
