Specific healthcare and support services, an individual’s competence to identify her or his requirements, competent leadership and teamwork, and effective communication are all necessary to operate effectively with such service users. The majority of your service users or consumers are senior people with a variety of disorders (such as osteoarthritis, cardiac disease, Alzheimer’s disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stroke, and so on). Your line manager should look at how these requirements (meeting client needs, excellent communication, and good leadership and teamwork) are met at your company.

To evaluate effectively,
You should analyze yourself capacity (your capabilities, experience, and credentials) for positive and person-centered risk-taking when supporting a person to keep their own identity to meet their continuing care needs.
You should also demonstrate safe and clinically effective practice within your own professional boundaries when communicating with different service users and staff in health, care, or support services by using appropriate communication strategies in identifying and responding to the needs of different service users in a health, care, or support service to support your evaluation and analysis (e.g. communication methods may be used to cater specific needs of a service users).
You should also explain the various communication strategies that are utilized to provide appropriate support to various persons in order to meet and review their care needs.
