The remaining parts of the program should be divided/shared between each of you:
Creating a welcome screen (See FR-1)
Writing the current data to a serialized file (See FR-11)
Reading the data from a serialized file back into memory (See FR-12)
The following are the Functional Requirements (FR) that the program must achieve.
FR-1: The program must be a GUI-based system including a welcome screen.
This program should begin by presenting the user with a screen that contains buttons that form a menu of possible actions. Clicking on an action should hide this screen and display the relevant screen for the selected action.
The items to be included in the graphical menu are explained in subsequent Functional Requirement items, but broadly these are:
Reset the data to default data (See FR-2, 3 and 4)
Add a new Seller (See FR-5)
Add a new Landlord (See FR-6)
Add a new property for sale (See FR-7)
Set up a new leased rental property (See FR-8)
Generate a report about properties for sale to a text file (See FR-9)
Generate a report about rental properties to a text file (See FR-10)
Exit the program preserving the state of data (See FR-11)
