Select a passage from one of the articles you have included in your Literature Review Matrix. From the article, select a brief (1-3 sentence) passage that you plan to incorporate into either your essay or research paper. In your post:
Quote the original passage.
Summarize the original passage.
Paraphrase the original passage.
Direct quotes should follow APA style for quotation and citation. For example: “If you experience meaning and purpose in your life, you’re more likely to be physically healthy, as well as mentally” (LaBier, 2020, para. 2).
Or
According to LaBier (2020, para. 2), “if you experience meaning and purpose in your life, you’re more likely to be physically healthy, as well as mentally.”
