The processes that distinguish the project competitively manifest through the provision of exceptional customer after-sale services. The project provides a template for all customers getting immense after sale services with the company. Such entails insurance, decision-making, and investing effectively. The factors that distinguish the project competitively embrace the ideal customer experience by describing customers as the primary rationale for formulating policies. As such, all policies and regulations in the project are based on customer reservations and discretion. The growth cycle of the project assumes a four-phase framework starting with planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring. The growth cycle allows projects to be scrutinized step-by-step to avert and mitigate imminent problems.
Detriments to the Project
The main detriment to the concern is cultural and ethical issues within the place of work. Such gets and underpinned by the presence of cultural diversity within the working environment and different employees subscribing to different policies on common values and chores. The span of control assumes a hierarchical framework that uses a trickle-down approach to disseminating policies. The standard operating procedure hinges on the human resource department and the employees available within the official duty of the project. The human resource gets bestowed with initiating employment and recruiting appropriate personnel for the project. The financial impact of the project gets embodied by the advancements made by the project in various dimensions. The financial proceeds of the project have been used to set up project branches in other geographical locations.
Eliminating Negative Impacts
The best practice method for eliminating the negative impacts on the company establishes by identifying various gaps in the functionality of the company and initiating effective planning to avert and mitigate any error. Nonetheless, eliminating the effect of the proposed system’s impact on the organization manifests by adopting policies universal to all factions within the organization and ensuring the policies are employee-centered to embrace motivation to achieve diverse objectives (Godfrey et al., 2020). The solution optimizes the company’s objectives by ensuring employees produce maximumly to maximize profits and influence the organization’s success. The organization’s strengths in terms of organizational processes, data infrastructure, and organization get impacted by the organization adopting shrewd policies that influence ultimate development and ensure the attainment of a learning organization.
Weaknesses of the Project
The weaknesses in terms of organizational processes, data infrastructure, and organization manifest by lacking policies addressing the gaps related to cultural diversity. As such, the current operating model structure of the organization defines employees as the primary attributes of the company’s success. Nonetheless, the organization will expand globally by assuming the production of diverse products and services and acquiring competitors through offering exceptional services and products. Therefore, the operating model structure of the organization embraces employees as indispensable to the success of an organization.
