The ICT sustainability policy states that potential suppliers are to complete a survey asking them
about their environmental practices.
A recent ICT project has been rushed through without suppliers completing the survey. The IT
Manager advised the purchase was urgent.
The ICT sustainability policy has been reviewed by a number of staff with the following comments:
I’m still not really sure what procedures to follow.
This is just motherhood stuff, it’s not really going to make any difference.
I’m glad we have some procedures in place.
I want to build in innovation into the policy.
KPIs were identified in the policy as follows:
a reduction on electricity bills
