Instructions:
This assessment requires you to critically analyse your own leadership style and capabilities. You will write a personal evaluation detailing what you feel is your leadership style is, relating to theories discussed in class.
You are encouraged to utilise examples from life, feedback from co-workers or current or prior supervisors (if possible), and relevant literature to support your evaluation.
Step 1: You will need to evaluate your leadership capabilities against the Personal Attributes Matrix from the Community Sector Capability Framework provided in this document see Table 1 below.
Step 2: Using Table 1, go through each attributes and rate yourself using the rating (see table below)
Provide a recent example of each capability in the recent example column (make sure you use STAR model or technique when writing your rationale or example). If you do not have a recent example, complete step 3 and 4 below.
Step 3: Identify the areas for development for this capability and list them.
Step 4: For each listed area identify any potential development ideas or strategies to develop this capability.
