Purpose of the Assessment
The purpose of this assessment is to enable you demonstrate your experience, learning and professional development in a work-setting through critical reflection and analysis. You will develop knowledge of, and application of consultation skills and learn how to work collaboratively to address a live organisational issue or live project
Assessment Task
You are required to create a 3500 words (±10%) personal and professional reflective portfolio of written work that addresses ONE negotiated organisational issue through a supporting log of evidence that demonstrates your professional development, performance and engagement with your work placement. With a focus on your placement organisation, apply appropriate concepts and techniques to develop relevant solutions and recommendations for the organisation in consideration of your live organisational issue/ live project.
Adopting a very structured approach to this assessment is expected, so the indicative format given below is recommended. • Where your submission exceeds the required word limit by more than 10%, your submission will only be marked up to and including the additional 10%.
• Where your submission is notably under the required word limit, the full submission will be marked on the extent to which the requirements of the Assessment Brief have been met.
