Prepare a Personal Development Portfolio which acknowledges the importance of academic and professional skills for your career in business and management. The portfolio should be presented in report format. You must identify and reflect on your approach to your personal learning and development, and the transferable skills you have already developed, or seek to develop during your academic studies, personal life and the workplace. Emphasis should be placed on the skills discussed during lectures. Your portfolio should include the following:

- Contents page
- Introduction
- Main body:
a)How the development of academic and professional skills will help advance your career in Business Management
b)What your approach is to personal learning – How has it changed? What measures are you going to take in implementing changes?
c)What skills have you developed and how will these transfer to the work environment – Provide examples where possible
1)A personal development learning log and action plan that identifies weaknesses identified that you will then utilise to develop your skills over the next 12 months.
2)A copy of your up to date CV that includes reference to your academic course at University.
The report must be appropriately referenced using the Harvard Referencing system
