2. Based on your knowledge of this organisation, develop a business plan which will be focused on implementing an employee training and development programme.
The assumption is that this is the first time that the organisation will develop and implement such a training and development programme. The purpose of the programme is to provide a clear understanding of and the importance of use of new technology. It should also educate on how such technology will be used to improve the productivity as well as the effective use of resources.
The business plan should also critically analyse the impact of the training and development programme on the organisation’s overall performance and productivity.
Structure of business plan should include;
an executive summary training aim and objectives
employee’s selection criteria for the training
advantages of training & Development and projected improvement of efficiency.
You are also encouraged to develop your own headings and sub-headings.
