Reliability – if this survey was provide multiple times answers to questions would be consistent
Question structure is clear and concise
Survey length – what length did you choose approximately and why
Factors
Confidentiality/anonymity – how will you ensure this and if you do, how will you circle back if you need more information
Software choice
Delivery and collection choice
Ability to analyze the data using factor analysis
Length will depend on survey length and detail. Be sure to include at least four to six reputable sources to support why you chose or designed the survey that you did on your workplace topic of choice.
