Research Journal Article 3
Journal article reviews will deal with any topic chosen by the student. Articles must be obtained from professional journals (popular magazines, news bulletins, newspapers, departmental publications, etc. are not acceptable resources). Journal reviews will consist of two to three page summaries for each article. Each summary must have the following content:
A reference page containing biographical information (author(s), title of publication, year, publisher) in APA format
Purpose (reason for the research)
Methodology (methods used in conducting the research)
Findings (outcomes of the research)
Interpretation by the author(s) (researcher’s views of findings)
Critical assessment (views of the article from the student’s perspective)
