The dissertation focuses on air pollution in Cork city. It is to discuss the potential effect of implementing a congestion charge in the city by comparing it to Bath in the UK which has had one in place for a few years now. The focus of the pollution is mainly on NO2. The study area in Bath is their designated clean air zone, in Cork it is the area within the old city boundary
