Explain your information-management strategy (described in the lesson) for managing healthcare data/information in your insurance company to support evidence-based practice.
Relate how this strategy fits within the data-information-knowledge-wisdom (DIKW) model.
Provide an update on each of the following:
Challenges you have experienced in converting the data model to a relational schema.
The approach you took to develop a form and a view.
Insights about databases have you gained from converting the data model.
