Watch this video describing the U.S. Intelligence Community. Do the duties and responsibilities of the agencies noted seem efficiently organized to you to ensure that we do not have another terrorist attack along the lines of 09/11? Why or why not? Do you still see issues with potential “siloing” where intelligence professionals may not be able to “connect the dots” concerning another attack?
