Talk about the Systems Implementation Phase. We were asked to describe the tasks of the Systems Implementation Phase, and what was the desired results of this phase? The Implementation Phase can be looked at as the doing phase, however, the tasks inside the phase are to make sure the system is fully functional. This is done by using a pre-existing system that became upgraded, or by using a new system entirely. Once operational, the system heads to evaluation where it will be subjected to a battery of tests. These tests are issued by testing certified professionals who are putting users on console after they receive the new equipment training (NET). NET should prepare the end-user for the upgrades made to a previously established system with upgrades, or if necessary subject the end-user to a full NET because the system is completely new, meaning the end-user has no prior knowledge or experience on the system. Within NET end-users must also be taught to troubleshoot within their duty position scope while running the system. When NET is occurring, evaluators are now only evaluating the system, they are also checking to see if the material being taught is understandable, suitable, and appropriate in order to enable the end-user to control and troubleshoot the system as needed. The desired results of this phase; is the system operational, does it met the desired functionality, and does the training properly prepare the end-user to operate and troubleshoot the system efficiently and effectively.

Good Evening Classmates,
The System Implementation phase is the one segment of the model that goes through with the construction but with it also comes a few checks and balances for each different element. For instance, this would be the ideal timing to construct the new system either from previous models or from a new system that is able to be utilized by the different departments or users. This phase is positioned to create a strong foundation of the needed training to show the user the updated or new operations of the system. This will put a lot of stress on the system and the operators because one cannot function efficiently without the other because it is setting the major foundation for the other to build on. The basics of this phase go from the training methods which are needed to train the users. Then there is the conversion either from the previous system or from previous prototypes to the new standard. There is also the reviewing and system enhancing or maintenance that will be planned out as well in this section of the model. The end results when be all depend upon the reception of the new system by on comers or the individuals involved in the make up of the system where they can do what is best for the system. This part of the phase would involve a mixture of the maintenance and enhancements so there is no problem in the system where people can get the different functions confused. These end results would also bring up multiple reviews to make sure every different component is in the same goal mindset.
