1. Identify an article that uses an observational study design. Case-reports/series, case-control studies, cross-sectional studies, and prospective or retrospective cohort studies are all acceptable.
2. Read the article with a focus on the following:
1. Research question evaluated
2. Research design
3. Subjects
4. Use or lack of control group(s)
5. Strengths of the study design in answering the research question
6. Limitation of the study design in answering the research question
3. Write a summary of the points above in narrative form. This should be a minimum of 250 words, but no more than 500 words.
4. Correctly format the article reference using AMA guidelines and place at end of post. (and hyperlink if possible)
