1. Pick one recipe in the file: “Fish and Poultry Recipes for lab” to write the report.
2. Just pretending you cook that recipe. You can search Google for additional information about that recipe, but pls do not forget to cite and quote them in the paper. Then write 3 principles relate to the recipe that you picked.
3. I attached the lesson notes about Fish and Poultry so that you can use information in the note to write the lab. Usually, all the principles will be shown in the lecture notes. Pls, check the powerpoints that I attached.
4. I also attach the sample of my lab report that I did before so you can follow that format for this lab report. Check “HTM301_Lab Report 4”.
